Ingredients:
3 Eggs (hard boiled),
2 Elaichi,
2 Bay leaves,
2 cloves,
1" cinnamon,
1 onion,
1 tomato,
1 green chilli chpd finely,
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
1\2tsp red chilli pwdr,
1\2tsp haldi pwdr,
1 tsp dhaniya pwdr,
1\2tsp jeera pwdr,
1\2tsp garam masala pwdr,
1 tbsp dhania patta (for seasoning),
1 tbsp dhaniya patta for garnishing,
2 tbsp fresh green peas(boiled),
salt,
oil
Method:
Chop d hard boiled eggs along wid d yolk lengthwise n keep aside. Heat oil in a pan put d dry spices, den add onions, saute, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, tomatoes, chopped dhania, haldi, jeera n dhania pwdr garam masala pwdr, mattar, toss well n den put 1\2 cup water, bring to a boil, chk salt, n finally add d chpd egg pieces, give a stir, garnish with chopped dhania patta.
