TOMATO AMBAT BY ASHA KIRAN


Tomato Ambat 

Ingredients :

Take 1tbsp dhania seeds,
1tsp jeera,
1tsp kali mirch,
5 flakes garlic,
One small ps dalchini,
1 onion

Method:
Fry with I tsp oil till aroma comes.Grind this with half grated coconut by adding dry red chillies.In apan fry 3-4 medium sized onion narrowly sliced.Add 6 tomatoes cut each into 4 ps.After3-4min. add masala,salt ,a pinch of haldi pd.bring to boil till tomatoes turn soft.

CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU PUDDING BY SUPRIYA PAI

ONE MORE FABULOUS DISH BY SUPRIYA PAI



                                               CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:



For tiramisu:

100gm chocolate cake
50gms melted chocolate
1cup coffee decoction

For coffee decoction: 

2tsp instant coffee pwdr
1cup water and mix in the melted chocolate and keep aside

For custard mix:

2 and 1\2 cup milk
4tbsp custard pwdr
6 tsp sugar
3tbsp fresh cream

For the whipped cream:

Take 1\2 cup fresh cream and beat it well with 3tsp powdered sugar 

METHOD:

Heat 1cup of water in a pan, add instant coffee powder, stir and keep aside. Meanwhile make custard mix - Mix3tbsp custard powder in 4tbsp milk and keep aside. Heat the remaining milk in a pan , add custard mixture, stir, cool and then add whipped cream mix, stir well and keep aside. Then take dessert bowls and place a thin layer of choc cake at bottom,pour coffee decoction, then a layer of custard, another layer of cake, coffee, repeat process, then spread whipped cream layer n then a custardy layer with chocolate bits and sprinkle coffee pwdr ( a pinch) and refrigerate for 3hrs, garnish with grated chocolate (50gms) Tiramisu's ready... 

EGG CURRY BY AKSHATHA PRABHU

INGREDIENTS:
onions
ginger
garlic
green chillies
salt
tomato puree
garam masala
turmeric powder
boiled eggs
coriander leaves

METHOD:

Grind onions, ginger,garlic and green chillis. Make a fine paste. Keep it aside. Now in a pan add the onion paste till the rawness goes away. Add salt and mix well. Now add tomato puree and let it cook on simmer for about 5-7 mins. Add garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well. Add the boiled eggs which are cut into desired shapes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice/phulka.

TAWA ALOO CHAT BY SHILPA KAMATH SHENOY

ITS INDIAN STREET FOOD TIME... !! TAWA ALOO CHAT THE BEST CHAT EVER..!


TAWA ALOO CHAT 

Ingredients:
Potato - 4 - boiled, peeled and cubed
Oil - 2 tbsp - for frying
Tomato - 1 - chopped
Onion - 1 - chopped
Thick curd/yoghurt - 1 cup
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - chopped - 1 handful
Sweet chutney
Coriander mint chutney

Method:
Take a large pan/tawa. Add oil, keep on medium heat and shallow fry the boiled potatoes till golden brown.
Once done, drain the fried potato cubes and put them in a bowl.

Now to assemble the chat.



Take 2 plates.Spread equal portions of the potato and spread in the plate.
Top with tomatoes, onions, sweet and green chutney, curds and sprinkle chat masala, red chilly powder, black salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

MOONG BAJRA DOSA BY MALLIKA NAYAK

A VERY HEALTHY DISH WHICH ALL WILL LOVE TO EAT..!!


MOONG BAJRA DOSA

Ingredients :

Soak equal quantity of moong and moong daal 1 cup each 
With 1/2 quantity of same akki or little millet 
little methi - 1/2 tsp. 
In a separate vessel soak over night 1/2 the quantity of moong Bajra.  

Method : 

Next morning grind all the ingredients together with green chillies, flax seed, ginger. For the batter add salt, and chopped onion and coriander leaves

Serve it hot with Pudina chutney and Tea... !!

EGG GREEN MASALA BY ARTHI VEDPRAKASH



  EGG GREEN MASALA

INGREDIENTS:

boiled eggs
ginger garlic paste
onion
tomatoes
coriander
mint leaves
garam masala sabot
green chilly
pinch ajinamoto.

METHOD:

In a mixer jar put coriander& mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, chilly, saboot garam masala ,make a fine paste, in a kadai put little oil, tejpatta, onions when it turns to pink add tomatoes saute all now add the green paste to it & fry until the rawness goes, put water & bring it a boil, lastly add eggs ajinamoto & salt. u can fry the eggs & add it will taste gud or cut into half & add serve with roti ya parata, tastes best with ghee rice too.

ALOO PALAK BY SUPRIYA PAI

Ingredients:

1 bunch palak patta
4 medium sized potatoes( half boiled)
1 onion chpd finely
5 cloves garlic chpd finely
1 tomato chpd finely
paste of a small piece of ginger
2 slit green chillies
1\2tsp red chilli pwdr
1\2tsp haldi pwdr
1tsp dhania pwdr
1\2tsp jeera pwdr
1tsp garam masala pwdr
salt
oil
1tsp fresh cream (optional)

Method:

Wash spinach, pat dry and blanch it( to retain the green colour and texture), grind to a thick paste and keep aside. Saute the half boiled and cubed potatoes in 1 tbsp oil and keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add onions, saute, add chpd garlic, slit green chillies, ginger paste, the spice pwdrs, chpd tomatoes, mix well, add the sauteed potatoes, toss, then pour the palak paste, check salt, garam masala pwdr, bring to a boil
