AMRITSARI RAU FISH CURRY
INGREDIENTS:
Rau fish
chilly powder
haldi
ginger garlic paste
salt
oil
mustard
onion
tomatoes
chilly powder
dhania powder
jeera powder
little methi powder
tamrind
coriander leaves
METHOD:
Marinate the fish with chilly powder,
haldi, ginger garlic paste, salt.. shallow fry it after 1 hour.
In a kadai put oil,mustard ,onion
when it turns to pink add tomatoes, then add chilly powder, dhania powder,
jeera powder, little methi powder, salt, make a fine gravy then add the fry
fish to the gravy & cook for 10 min. u can also add tamrind, it's optional,
garnish with coriander leaves…
