CHICKEN CHILLI BY SUPRIYA PAI

THIS DISH IS VERY FAMOUS IN INDIA'S CHINESE RESTAURANT.. !


CHICKEN CHILLI

Ingredients:
250gms boneless chicken, 
1tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 
1tsp red chilli pwdr, 
salt 
1tsp lime juice,
1small capsicum 
2 onions chopped lengthwise, 
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions, 
2 slit green chillies, 
1 tsp pepper powder, 
2 tbsp soya sauce, 
1 tsp green chilli sauce, 
1 egg white, 
1 tbsp cornflour, 
1 tsp sugar, 
oil. 

Method:

 Marinate chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, lime juice, 1tsp soya sauce, red chilli p n salt for 2hrs, then add the egg white, cornflour mixed in water, mix the chicken well in this mixture and fry till crispy golden, keep aside. In another pan put 1tbsp oil, add sliced onions, capsicum n toss well on high flame fr 3 mins, den add chilli sauce, soya sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and then the fried chicken, check salt, give a stir,garnish with chopped spring onions and slit green chillies.
