BREAD AND POHA AMBODA
INGREDIENTS:
bread
phovu
green chillies
onion
curry leaves
garam masala powder
cornflour paste
oil
METHOD:
Soak bread in water and drain it
Similarly soak poha and drain out
the excess water
Now add green chillies, onion,
curry leaves, garam masala powder mix well.
Prepare balls roll over cornflour
paste and deep fry
Instant amboda ready in just
under 10 mins..
