SAGU

INGREDIENTS:




Mixed veg : like carrot, beetroot, beans, green peas..
1tbsp Coriander
1 tbsp Jeera
half tsp pepper
1tbsp chandal
2 greenchilli
red chilli fry
half cup coconut,
tamarind
mustard seeds
curry leaves

METHOD:

prepare masala with 1tsp corriander,jeera,half tsp pepper,1tbsp chandal, 2greenchilli,red chilli fried,half cup coconut ,tamarind grind it into fine pate.. cook all veg… add this masala cook... now prepare panna in little oil add mustard seeds let it crackle then add curry leaves … simple easy sagu is ready for dosa, chapatti or rice…
