METHOD:
Soak urad daal overnight and
grind to paste. Fine chop tender methi leaves, Fine chop green chilli, Add jeera
powder, haldi powder, salt. Put fine rawa ( 1 unit rawa for 3 unit urad daal to
get crispness) add udid paste. Mix well. Deep fry.
