BEETROOT SANNA POLO BY SANDHYA MALLYA

VERY COLORFUL WITH TRADITIONAL KONKANI TOUCH IF THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THEN GO FOR BEETROOT SANNA POLO ..!


BEETROOT SANNA POLO

INGREDIENTS : 

1/2 cup Dosa Rice
1/2 Cup Tur dal
3 Red chillis
pinch of hing
5 curry leaves
dessicated coconut or finely chopped coconut pieces
Tamarind small ball

METHOD : 

Half cup dosa rice and half cup thordal (Soak it for over night or 3 hours) And grind along with red long chilly 3-4(adjust to ur taste), little hing, and few curry leaves, Little Coconut and tamarind(optional)(not fine paste and batter should not be runny)..
Add grated beetroot and salt to the batter and mix well.



Heat a tawa and make dosas, adding oil as required and flipping them on both sides till they are done.
Serve hot with rice and daal..
