BUTTER CHICKEN BY SUPRIYA

SILKY SMOOTH BUTTER CHICKEN PREPARATION TIME JUST 20 MIN...!!!


BUTTER CHICKEN 

Ingredients: 

500gms chicken(with or without bones)pieces, 
1\2 cup fresh cream, 
2tbsp cashewnuts, 
1tbsp honey, 
2tsp red chilli pwdr, 
1tsp haldi pwdr, 
2tsp dhaniya pwdr, 
1tsp jeera pwdr, 
2tsp garam masala pwdr, 
200ml tomato puree, 
2 onions, 
4 cloves, 
2 cardamom, 
1tsp khus-khus, 
salt, 
2tsp besan pwdr,
1tbsp butter,
1tbsp ginger-garlic paste , 
2tbsp oil , 
1tsp kasuri methi 

Method: 

Marinate chicken with 1tsp each of dhaniya, chilli n haldi powder, garam masala powder,besan,along with salt for an hour. Make a paste of cashewnuts, onion, khus-khus, cloves, cardamom n keep aside. Then shallow fry d chicken pieces for 10 mins on medium flame. Keep aside. In the same oil, add ginger-garlic powder, 1tsp each of chilli powder, garam masala powder, haldi and dhaniya powder, toss well, add kasuri methi, tomato puree,honey, kaju mixture paste, saute, add fried chicken pieces,check salt, bring to a boil, add butter, toss well, garnish wid fresh cream and dhaniya patta.
