Garlic - 12-15
Ginger - 1 inch piece cut into small pieces
Shallots - 5-6 sliced
Tamarind - small size
Whole spices - Fennel, Cardamom, Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Star anise
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1 spoon
METHOD :
CHICKEN VARUTHARACHATHU
INGREDIENTS :
Dry chillies - 4-5
Curry leaves - 1 sprigGarlic - 12-15
Ginger - 1 inch piece cut into small pieces
Shallots - 5-6 sliced

Whole spices - Fennel, Cardamom, Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Star anise
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1 spoon
METHOD :
DRY ROAST ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS
ADD CHICKEN WITH LITTLE WATER, COOK IT FOR 15 MIN.
ONCE ALL THE MASALA'S ARE ABSORBED BY THE CHICKEN IT LOOKS LIKE THE BELOW PICTURE.
YOU CAN GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES ON TOP...!
