TUR DAL CHUTNEY BY ASHWINI SHENOY

PERFECT COMBINATION WITH HOT DOSA'S SURNALI DO TRY IT OUT..!


TURDAL CHUTNEY 

INGREDIENTS : 

1/2 coconut grated,
7 red chillies( must be spicy),
Small ball of Tamarind 
Turdal 50 gms 
Pinch of Hing 

Seasoning : 
1 tsp oil 
1 tsp mustard seeds
5 curry leaves 

METHOD :

Grind to paste the coconut , red chillies and tamarind, then add fried turdali and hing together to the paste and make the chutney to a smooth paste.( fried turdal must turn to orange colour, fry hing with turdal)season it with mustard and curry leaves.
