SPICY PANEER CHILLI BY SANDHYA KINI MAYENKAR

CHINESE MOST POPULAR DISH WITH INDIAN TOUCH..!!!


PANEER CHILLI

INGREDIENTS :

Paneer- 250 gms cut into block pcs
Garlic: 4 cloves cut lengthwise
Green chillies- 4 cut lengthwise
Capsicum- 1 cut lengthwise
Onion – 1 cut lengthwise
Maida 50 gms or 1 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Ajjinomoto – a pinch ( optional )
Pepper powder: ½ tsp
Soya sause: 1 tbsp + ½ tsp
Chilli sauce: 1 tbsp + ½ tsp
Egg- 1
Water ½ cup
Salt to taste and cooking oil for deep frying
Spring onions for garnishing

Method:

Marinate the paneer with maida, 1 tbsp cornflour, egg, ajinomoto, pepper powder, ½ tsp soya sauce, ½ tsp chilli sauce and little salt for 10 mins.
Heat oil and deep fry the paneer pcs.
Again heat 1 tbsp oil, and when hot add garlic, chilly, capsicum and onion. Cook for two mins. Add ½ water. To this add soya sauce and chilly sauce. Then add the fried paneer pcs and toss for sometime. Garnish with spring onions.
