VANILA NANKATAI BY SAPNA NAYAK

IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A VANILA FLAVOURED NANKATAI HERE IS THE RECIPE..!

INGREDIENTS : 

Maida 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Melted ghee 1/3 cup
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanila crystals  1/2 tsp

METHOD :

Seive the maida and baking soda n keep aside. 
Luke warm the ghee slightly so that it melts. Mix in the sugar powder and vanila crystals or few drops of vanila essense till it melts fully in ghee. Fold in the maida little by little and keep aside for at least 3 hrs. 



Make small balls n bake at 150°c for 10-12 mins. Cool on a wire rack. 



The above quantity will give u about 8-10 medium size Vanila nankatais.




You can store it for 15 days and enjoy it..!
