INGREDIENTS:
gobhi
capsicum
one onion
rice flour
besan
chilly powder
METHOD:
Chop gobhi, capsicum and one onion. Mix this with rice flour-besan taken in 2:1 proportion. Add chilly powder and salt. Mash lightly with hand, water not reqd. Keep aside for 15 mins. Make small balls and deep fry.Similarly we can do it with cabbage too
