CHICKEN 65 BY SUPRIYA PAI

CHICKEN 65


INGREDIENTS:

500gms boneless chicken pieces
Marinade:
1tsp ginger-garlic paste
1\2tsp lemon juice
1tsp Red chilli powder
1\2 tsp pepper powder
a pinch of orange food colour(optional)
1\2cup yoghurt
salt.
Masala mixture:
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp cornflour
1 pod garlic chopped finely
1inch ginger chopped finely
1tsp tandoori chicken masala
string of curry leaves

METHOD:


Marinate chicken pieces with the above marinade for 2hrs. Then heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken on medium flame till cooked. Keep aside. In another pan heat 1tbsp oil, add chpd garlic, ginger , saute till golden brown, then put curry leaves and toss well, 1tbsp cornflour mixed in 2tbsp water, the sauces and tandoori chicken masala. Mix well, check salt, add fried chicken pieces, squeeze in lemon.
