RICE ROTI ON PLANTAIN LEAF (MUMBRI) BY JAYANTI SHANBHAG

MUMBRI

INGREDIENTS:

Rice flour
grated fresh coconut (vallo narlu)
Butter
sugar
salt
onion
green chilli
plantain leaf








METHOD:

Rice flour grated fresh coconut (vallo narlu) little amount of butter sugar for taste and salt mix all add fine choped onion and green chilli
Prepare a thick batter spread the batter on plantain leaf put another leaf on that and bake in sim flame when the leaf below becomes soft turn it and bake the other part also no need to put oil or ghee if u want u can put when baked properly both sides serve with chatney or chatney pitto I like it with chatney pitto and ghee awesome taste.
