MANGO CUSTARD WITH WATERMELON TOPPINGS
INGREDIENTS:
1\2 liter milk
4tbsp custard powder(mixed
in 2tbsp milk and made to a paste)
4tbsp mango pulp
4tbsp sugar
3tbsp each of mango and
watermelon cut in small squares for topping.
METHOD:
Bring milk to a
boil,put sugar, add the custard paste , stir continuously till a boil, switch
off. Let it cool. Then in a bowl pour the mango pulp and then add the
custard-mix . Refrigerate for 2hrs , garnish with chopped fruits.
