RAJA PHANNA UPKARI


INGREDIENTS:

Mackerel or sardine Fish 7 to 10
Coconut little(half cup)

6-7 small and 10 long chilly(fried)
Tamarind small piece
Fried Coriander seeds 2.5 teaspn
Fried Zeera 1 tspn
Fried Garlic cloves 6-7
Ginger little

turmeric little
onion 1

tomato 1
green chilly 2
oil
salt

METHOD:


grind coconut,fried red chillies,tamarind,coriander seeds, zeera,garlic, ginger,turmeric make a fine paste.
In another pan add oil, onion (till turn into golden colour) tomoto and green chilly.
Add grinded masala salt and water(as requried). Once gravy boiled add cleaned fish and again boil it for ten minutes in low flame..
