KOBRI CHUTNEY PITTO BY JAYANTI SHANBHAG

POWDERED CURRY LEAVES AND DRIED COCONUT POWDER TO HAVE IT WITH DOSA..!


KOBRI CHUTNEY POWDER

INGREDIENTS :

1 DRY COCONUT FINELY GRATED -1 
2 CHILLI POWDER 150 gms
3 CURRY LEAVES TWO HANDFULL
4 HURIGADLE DALI(BELGADLO) 250 gms
5 HING 5gms
6 SALT
7 SUGAR (OPTIONAL) POWDER 2 TSP
8 TAMARIND BIG LEMON SIZE 

PROCEDURE :

1) Fry grated dry coconut with curry leave put tamarind in that .
2) When it becomes crispy grind in mixer or grinder to make a fine powder
3) Add hing powder+salt+sugar+ hurigadle dal powder and mix properly
4) Now the chatni pitto is ready for you.

BEST TO EAT WITH DOSA'S OR RICE..!
