WHEAT SHEERA



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder..



METHOD:

1. Heat ghee in a kadai till it melts 
2. Add 1cup wheat flour to it and fry it on medium to low flow flame for around 15- 20 mins till nice aroma comes out and it chances colour to brown 
3. Now add 3/4 cup sugar and mix it 
4. Add 1 cup of water and cook until down ... ghee comes out of sheera ..
5. Now put cardamom powder and mix it ...
6. Garnish it with dry fruits of your choicei have used badam her ...
