CREAM CARAMEL PUDDING BY SAPNA NAYAK

Something exotic beautiful you want to try as desert then this is perfect one..!!


CREAM CARAMEL PUDDING 

Ingredients : 

40 gms Sugar 
1 Tsp water to caramelize sugar
3 eggs
1/2 ltr full cream milk
90 gms Granulated Sugar 

METHOD : 

In a pan add 40 gms of sugar and 1 tsp water allow it burn to leave a nice brown colour. This process is called caramelisation.  Now pour it in 4 glasses, allow it to set. Meanwhile beat 3 eggs in a bowl add sugar as per your taste , here i have used 90 gms to this add warm full cream milk keep stirring till it gets mixed. Pour this mix in those glasses and use aluminium foil to cover the top. 

Pour water in a pan, place some tissues below. At this stage put the glasses and pour boiling water, simmer the gas and cook for 15 min. 


Once it is cooked the colour this pudding will change slightly to darker yellow. 


Allow it to cool to room temperature and the refrigerate it for 2 hours your pudding is ready. To garnish on the top use the left over caramelized sugar heat the mix, spread it on any plate and allow it cool . You can now decorate the pudding the way you want... !! 

You can use a oven to make this dish its exactly same but just make sure you put some water in the base and the place the glasses. Cook in low heat for 15 min.
