BHAJIYA TEA TIME SPECIAL SNACK....!!!
YAM BHAJIYA
Ingredients :
yam-1/4kg,
green chillies-5,
curry leaves,rice powder2tsp,
salt to taste,
pepper -1tsp,
hing powder-1/8tsp and
oil for frying.
Method:
Skin, clean and cut the yam into pieces.
Steam it for 10mts. When done, smash it with hands.
Chop green chillies and shred curry leaves into small pieces.
Crush the pepper.
Add the chilly and curry leaf pieces, hing and crushed pepper powder rice powder and salt to the smashed yam and mix well.
