CHITTE PANNA PATHRADO PODI BY NANDINI PAI

SPOTTED LEAVES PATHRADO... A SPECIAL ITEM COOKED IN TRADITIONAL WAY..!


SPOTTED LEAVES PANNA PATHRADO 

INGREDIENTS :

1/4th cup Urad dal
3/4 th cup White Dosa Rice
1 tsp coconut,
tamarind (tamarind seed size),
10 dry red chillies,
a pinch of hing 

METHOD : 

Soak 1/4 cup dry roasted urad dal&3/4white dosa rice for 1hr...Grind 1tsp coconut, tamarind (tamarind seed size), 10dry red chillies, a pinch of hing to a paste, to this add soaked rice & urad dal make corase paste and salt..make patrode roll.keep the role in fridge for 1hr..cut 1"pieces..roll it in rawa..gently deep fry it hot oil..for the same batter u can add finely chopped methi,palak,Red leafy vegetables/ bajji make ambades..
