MASOOR DAL FRY BY SANDHYA MALLYA

MASOOR DAL FRY

INGREDIENTS :

3/4th Cup Masoor Dal
Salt 

For Seasoning : 

5- 6 curry leaves,
2 red chilly, 
2 green chilly, 
1 onion finely chopped, 
1 tomato finely chopped, 
1 tsp turmeric powder, 
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Tsp Oil


METHOD : 

Boil Masoor dal add salt. Heat oil in a pan , add Mustard seeds, curry leaves , red chilly. Now add onion saute it for 2 min, add tomatoes , turmeric powder , garam masala powder . Add the boiled masoor dal cook 3 min until done.

You can add coriander leaves optional.
