GODU AMBACHO THEEKA GOJJU 


INGREDIENTS:

3 - 4 medium size ambo(mango)
1 tarne mirsang( green chilli)
thode sakkar (sugar)
thode Meeta (salt)

Phannaka- tempering
Tyaala (oil)
Sassam (mustard seed)
Karbevu (curry leaves)

METHOD:

Ambe Pulp ek aaidananthu ghaalnu takka tarne mirsange kochcholu, sakkara, meeta ghaalnu samaa kalloche ani sassam karbeva phanna divche.


In a bowl add mango pulp … add green chili, sugar, salt to it mix well
No for tempering in oil add mustard seeds let it splutter add curry leaves … add it to above gojju …tasty and easy dish is ready to serve…
