MULTI GRAIN ADAI
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp tur daal
1 tbsp channa daal
1 tbsp moong daal
1tbsp masur daal
1tbsp urda daal
1 cup rice
3-4 long red chilly
1 spring curry
leaves
Salt
Hing (asafetida)
METHOD:
Take a bowl add 1
tbsp tur daal, 1 tbsp channa daal, 1 tbsp moong daal, 1tbsp masur daal, 1tbsp
urda daal,1 cup rice, 3-4 long red chilly, 1 spring curry leaves, water, wash
the all ingredients, and drain the water, and add salt, hing, add water, and
soak it over night (or) at least 4 hours, then put it into the blender and make
a coarse paste. Dosa batter is ready . just pour it with ladel on tawa
and fry it till done
