AALSANDHE BIYE GASHI BY LAKSHMAN BHAT MANJESHWAR

INGREDIENTS:
aalsandhe bee
kookh
soyi

mirsang
meet
chinchamb 
theppal
coconut oil

METHOD:
aalsandhe bee thimboka for abt 4-5 hours... kookh dhoonu, solloka... ekpantha dhooka..
aalsandhe bee n kookh shijjoka.. 2 whistles on cooker..
maaslaak soyi, mirsang, meet, chinchamb ghalnu vaattunu, shijjayil bee n kookh ottu khath khath kaadchen.. theppal ghalche jaleri ghaaleth.. when flame is put off one tspoon of coconut oil would add taste.
theppal nakka jaleri.. lossNe phann-a ghaaleth.
