FISH TAWA FRY BY ANJANA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS:
Fish
salt
tamrind juice
oil
kashmiri red chilly powder
garlic
curryleaves
ghee
coriander leaves



METHOD:
Fish tawa fry _marinate fish in salt and tamrind juice.oil _keep it in low flame.
- add
kashmiri red chilly powder, chopped garlic, curry leaves fry it add little water. Fish shallow Fry both sides, lastly add 2tsp GHEE and liltle coriander leaves.
