AMRITSARI MURGH BY AKSHATHA PRABHU

INGREDIENTS:
chicken
ginger garlic paste
curd
lemon juice
salt
little chilli powder
dhania jeera powder
garlic
Chilli's
tomato puree
salt
garam Masala
chopped coriander



METHOD:
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste,curd, lemon juice, salt, little chilli powder, dhania jeera powder and set aside. In a pan add chopped garlic and chilli's and saute well. Add the marinated chicken and cook till they are tender and soft. Now add tomato puree, salt, garam Masala and cook till the rawness of the tomato puree wears off. Garnish it with chopped coriander and chillis. Serve hot with phulkas/rice and sometimes idlis
