SOJI CAKE BY YOGITA KAMATH

INGREDIENTS-
2 cups fine rawa

1cup milk
1cup thick fresh curd
1 & one half cup sugar powder
1tsp baking pwd
half tsp baking soda
1 & half tsp vanialla essence
1 & half tblspoon ghee melted
icing sugar.

METHOD-
In a big bowl add all d ingredients, mix well & grease a cake tin. Pre heat d oven & bake d cake mixture for 40 to 45 minutes on 180 degree ,till done. When baked, cool it & dust it with d icing sugar or chocolate sauce, as per your wish. YUMMY CAKE IS READY!!!!!!! FRNDS,no maida is used & less fat. Cake is really yummy & tasty. just Njoi it.NO EGGS TOO!!!
