RAJASTHANI BHINDI BY NAYANA KAMATH PAI



INGREDIENTS:
1 cup slitted bhindi
1/4 lemon
1/2 spoon chilly powder
1/2 spoon salt
1 spoon coriander seed powder
1/2 spoon jeera powder
1 spoon rice flour
2 spoon besan

METHOD:
wash and cut both sides of bhindi ..slit into 3-4 pieces..add salt and lime juice..keep for a while..then add chilly powder,jeera powder, coriander powder,rice flour, besan...mix well ..deep fry ..here i hav added little corn flour also..deseeding is optional

just sprinkle the powders.no need to make paste.. v hav already added lime juice ..so it will stick ..just sprinkle little water if needed
