PAPAYA PUDDING BY NAYANA KAMATH PAI

The simplest ever...no heating /cooking...just blend...

 
INGREDIENTS:

4 cups Papaya chunks ( remove peel and seed portion carefully, otherwise the pudding will be bitter !!)
5 teaspoons Sugar ( as this fruit was not that sweet! )

2 tablespoons Milk powder...you canuse fresh milk also.
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence..
2 tablsps Tuti fruit for decor!!

Blend all the above little by little till smooth. Pour in a greased mould ( I used an aluminium Jelly mould my priced possession of yester years!!!)
Set it in the Refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Remove , loosen the edges with a knife and turn the pudding on to a serving plate.
Slice and serve it as it is or with a scoop of vanilla Ice cream...
