RICE FLOOR SHEVAYN BY LAKSHMAN BHAT MANJESHWAR

INGREDIENTS:
coconut oil
salt
1.5 cup of rice flour


METHOD: 
Boil 1.5 cup of water with 1/4 th tbspoon of coconut oil and pinch of salt to taste. When water comes to boil switch of the flame and add 1.5 cup of rice flour. Mix well and make sure no lumps in the mixture. Make small balls and steam it for 10 min.

can add coconut milk it will become smooth and tasty....
