INGREDIENTS:
Palak one cup
Oil 3tsp
Chan dal 1tsp
Urda dal 1tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Methi (fenugreek)1/2tsps
Peanut 3tsp (dry roster and skin removed)
Tamarind or yoghurt u can use any one if curd sweet u use little tamarind
Green chill 5-6
METHOD:
Take a kadai and put oil in it add one by one ingredients fry till u get nice aroma and now add finally chopped pall along with tamarind and let fry and boil for a while. When it cools graind into a nice paste and thakda with musterd red chili curry leaves and pinch of Hing. Before serving add curd. . Serve with hot rice
