BESAN KA CHILLA BY SUPRIYA PAI

EASY AND HEALTHY RECIPE WITH OSM PRESENTATION BY SUPRIYA..!


BESAN KA CHILLA

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup besan pwdr, 
1\2cup sooji, 
salt, 
1\2tsp haldi powder, 
1 tsp red chilli powder, 
1tsp dhania powder, 
1\2tsp jeera powder, 
1\2tsp garam masala powder, 
a pinch of hing, 
1 chpd onion,
2 chpd green chillies, 
1"ginger chpd finely, 
2 tbsp chpd dhania patta, 
2 tsp grated carrot. 

METHOD : 

In a bowl mix  besan pwdr, sooji, salt, 1\2tsp haldi p, 1tsp red chilli p, 1tsp dhania p, 1\2tsp jeera p, 1\2tsp garam masala p, a pinch of hing, 1chpd onion,2 chpd green chillies, 1"ginger chpd finely, 2tbsp chpd dhania patta, 2tsp grated carrot. Pour water into the abv mixture n stir well, batter should be of thin consistency. Heat tawa\pan, put a tsp of oil, spread batter evenly, roast on both d sides, serve wid chutney of ur choice.
