PLUM CAKE BY YOGITA KAMATH


PLUM CAKE 

Ingredients - 

1 1/2 cups butter (softened) , 
1 cup Powdered sugar ,
1 egg, 
15 ml dark rum, 
4 tbs coco powder, 
raisins copped , 
1 cups all-purpose flour (Maida) 
1 teaspoons baking powder

METHOD :

· Beat butter, egg & powdered sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. 
· Stir together Maida, baking powder, coco powder, raisins together
· Pour batter into a greased and floured cake tin.
· Bake at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes or until a long wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
· The cake is ready to server…!!!!!!!
