TOMATO SANNAPOLO BY YOGITA KAMATH

I LOVE IT VERY MUCH.... A MUST TRY DISH FROM OUR BLOG..!


TOMATO SANNAPOLO 

INGREDIENTS : 
6 - Big Tomatoes 
4 chopped onions 
2 chopped green chilies 
Salt
1/2 tsp Jeera,
3 tsp of garlic and ginger paste
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp chilli powder
4 sp of finely chopped coriander leaves and spring onion leaves
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp of besan 
3 tsp Oil 
Salt

METHOD – 
· Take 5 to 6 big Tomatoes; chop finely, in a big Kadai.
· Add 3 to 4 chopped onions, 2 chopped green chilies, salt, jeera, garlic & ginger paste, haldi & chilly pwd, hing pwd, lots of coriander leaves, few spring onion leaves.
· Add little Corn flour & finally add besan with water to make a thick batter.
· Mix well & keep for about 10 mins aside, then heat a tawa, spread oil on it, put the batter, spread it with hand nicely.
· Fry on slow fire on both sides. When done serve with sauce or chutney. 
· SANAPOLA IS READYYYYY.
