PRAWN GREEN MASALA BY SUPRIYA PAI

MOUTHWATERING SUPPPPPPPPPPPPERB DISH ... DO TRY IT OUT..!!


PRAWN GREEN MASALA 


Ingredients :
 For the prawns marinade: 
1\2kg Prawns de-veined to be marinated wid 1tsp lemon juice, 
1\2tsp haldi pwdr, 
salt, 
1tsp pepper pwdr, 
1tsp ginger-garlic paste for an hour. 
Later shallow fry d marinated prawns in 1tbsp butter n keep aside. 

Ingredients for masala: 
1 tbsp spring onions chpd finely, 
1 tbsp spring onion bulbs chpd finely, 
3 green chillies, 
1tsp ginger-garlic paste, , 
2tbsp each of methi, pudina n dhania patta+
2 green chillies
1 tomato ground to a paste, 
1 tsp pepper pwdr, 
1 tsp red chilli pwdr,
1 tsp dhania pwdr, 
1\2 tsp jeera pwdr, 
1\2 tsp sugar, 
1 tsp garam masala pwdr, 
salt, 
oil 

Method: 
Heat oil in a pan, add d spring onion bulbs, saute, add slit green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, sugar,green masala paste, fry well, then add dhania pwdr, jeera pwdr, pepper pwdr, add fried prawns, chk salt , toss well, squeeze 1tsp lemon juice, bring to a boil Top with sauteed spring onions.
