CHICKEN SCHEZWAN BY AKSHATHA PRABHU


CHICKEN SCHEZWAN 

Chicken Schezwan 
INGREDIENTS :
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp garam masala 
Oil for frying
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup 
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Soya sauce
finely chopped spring onions
1 tsp Sesame seeds

METHOD :

Marinate chicken with cornflour, red chilli powder, salt, garam Masala and shallow fry.
In a pan add tomato ketchup, chopped garlic, soya sauce and reduce it. Add the cooked chicken and give it a good stir. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
