CHOCOLATE CAKE BY AKSHATHA PRABHU

A simple chocolate cake topped with chopped nuts and tooty-fruity.


CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH NUTS

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Maida
1 Cup Butter
1/2 cup Coco Powder 
1 and 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Vanila Extract
3 Eggs
Cashew nuts and tooty fruity for garnishing

METHOD :

Mix maida,butter,coco powder, a pinch of salt,powdered sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract. Now slowly add the eggs while whisking it. Bring it to a fine batter by adding some milk too. Apply butter on the microwave/oven pan and pour in the batter.


 Bake until the toothpick comes out clean. Seive in powdered sugar and garnish with lots of nuts and tooty-fruity. Happy eating
