BISCUIT ROTI BY SHAMALA BHAT

ITS ONE OF OUR TRADITIONAL KONKANI SNACK THAT EVERYONE LOVES..!


BISCUIT ROTTI 

INGREDIENTS: 

10 green chillies, 
1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves with stalks if tender, 
1/2 cup grated coconut, 
Besan / Chana Flour for mixing about 1/4 cup.

METHOD :

Blend the green chillies and fresh coriander to a coarse paste.Remove in a bowl ,add the grated coconut , add salt and a little Hing to taste. Mix well. Do not add water at any stage. Now add the chana flour and check the salt and spiciness. If needed add Chilli powder or increase the number of green chillies. Make small pellets. Stuff them in wheat atta small puris and roll lightly .Deep fry....and enjoy! It's really yummy Yumzzzzzzz
