MASALA PURI BY LALANA SHENOY

A CRISPY MASALA PURI FOR TEA TIME SPECIAL


MASALA PURI 

INGREDIENTS :

Desicated  coconut - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 2 
Sugar - 1 tsp 
Salt - 1 tsp
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Oil 
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 strings
Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tsp 

METHOD :

Make coarse chutni with coconut ,green chillies salt sugar . add this to the wheat flour.take oil in a pan ppr tempering with mustard and curry leaves. add this to the wheat flour . add chopped corriander leaves ,knead well .add water and make a tight dough. keep for 30 min . roll puries and fry till crisp. eat it with any type of chutni
