PRAWNS KADIPATTA 

Prawns kadipatta fry

INGREDIENTS :
Prawns 1/2 Kg
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 garam masala powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 lime juice
2 strings Curry Leaves
Cashew Nuts
8 Garlic gloves chopped

METHOD :

Marinate 1/2kg prawns in 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 2red chilli pd, turmeric pd,1/2 garam masala pd, 1tsp roasted cumin pd,1/2 lime juice. In a pan put oil curry leaves, cashew nuts 8garlic cloves. Chopped, and prawns. Cook for 5-7 min.
