LASUNE BATATA BY LALANA SHENOY

SPICY DRY POTATO SABJI WITH GARLIC FLAVOR..


LASUNE BATATO

INGREDIENTS :

Red chillies : 12 bedgi, 3 spicy
Garlic pods : 1 full
Tamarind juice : 4 tsp thick
Potatoes : 4 large or 300 gms 
Oil : 2 tsp 
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp 
Salt

METHOD

 Grind red chillies ,garlic pods ,tamarind and salt in to a smooth paste. boil potatoes . peel &cut them . apply the paste. take oil in a pan . add mustard seeds. add the potatoes and roast them on slow fire. It will get ready in 15 min. Ready to serve.
