A TRADITIONAL AMCHIGELE DISH... "BENDI GOJJU "
A fantastic dish by Rajani mayi...
Finely chop the Bhendi and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai, add Mustard,Curry leaves and
chopped green chillies for the seasoning. Add the chopped bhendi and fry till the rawness of
bhendi goes off...add salt to ur taste. Let it cool. Add Curds or yogurt Just before you serve:)
