CHANA & COCCINEA SUKKE BY NANDINI PAI


SUKKE IS MOST POPULAR AMCHIGELE DISH.. ALL LOVE IT BUT THIS IS SPECIAL COMBINATION OF CHANA AND TENDLE COMBINATION WHICH MAKES IT EVEN MORE TASTIER

INGREDIENTS :
 channa-200gms,coccinea-100gms,For masala-grated coconut -1 cup,onion-1,garlic-

3 to 4 pods(peeled),tamarind-small marble size,redchilles-long-6 small-2. 

For seasoning oil -2tsp , onion-1 finely chhopped

METHOD :

Method-fry red chillies in little oil & make a fine paste of all masala ingredients & keep 

aside. Soak channa overnight presure cook with enough water,cut coccinea in round shapes 

preasure cook it keep aside.In a kadai heat oil.... Saute onions til redish brown add 

channa&coccinea and add salt mix wel cook for 5 mints,add ground masala mix wel cook 

for 5-6 mints. Sukke is ready to serve
