RAW CAKE BY BHARATIKIRAN



RAW CAKE 

INGREDIENTS :
1 cup roasted medium rava


1 cup yogurt 

3/4 cup sugar if required more pls add.

3 Tablespoons ghee (or softened butter)your choice

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla esence

1/4 cup sliced dryfruits like almonds,kaju,bedane

METHOD :

In a bowl, mix the rava, yogurt ,sugar. ghee or butter u used then mix everything until 

batter is formed.I t should be not so much thick.

keep it for 30 minutes to an hour. Then add the baking soda,vanilla esence & Mix well.

Grease circular cake pan, and pour the batter evenly into it. Spread sliced dryfruits over it.I 

have baked dis by keeping vessel on hot sand which was spread on tawa kept on gas

 burner...Bake nearly for about 30 minutes. It will be soggy while it’s hot. Let it cool 

completely before you cut it into pieces.


                                CUT THE CAKE INTO SMALL TRIANGULAR PIECES
