TIRED OF POTATO, MIXED VEGETABLES SAMBAR.. THEN HERE IS A SAMBAR THAT ALL NON-VEGETARIANS WOULD LIKE IT..!!
CHICKEN SAMBAR
1 tpsp jeera
3 sp corriender
10-12 pepper corn
4 cardamom
4-5 cloves
2 Bay leaf
8-10 dry red chillies
2 green chillies
2 medium onion
2 tomatoes
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
750 gms chicken
Salt
Coriander leaves
METHOD:
Dry roast 1 tpsp jeera, 3 sp corriender, 10-12 pepper
corn, 4 cardamom, 4-5 cloves, 2 Bay leaf, 8-10 dry red chilies and grind into powder. Keep it aside
Heat oil in
cooker splatter 2 green chillies, add finely chopped onion fry till translucent
, add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste fry, add tomatoes continue frying add chopped chicken stir fry
for 2 mins, add powdered masala , salt , 2-3 glasses of water.. pressure cook
till tender… garnish with coriander leaves..
Taste very good with raggi mudde ... it is thin spicy gravy ...
