PALAK PANEER - PUNJABI DISH BY SAPNA NAYAK


Punjab's most famous dish... mouthwatering dish " PALAK PANEER" :

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

One bunch of Spinach ( Palak)
Finely chopped onion ,
1 potato,
1 tomato,
1 packet of paneer.( options: 1)  Boil it separately in water or 2) fry in oil)
1 tsp Cumin seeds,
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp chilli powder , garam masala powder
1 or 2 green chilli ( your preference if u want more spicy then add 2 chilli, I used only one)
Salt , ginger & garlic

As being a working women i understood one thing.. We cant spend much time in Kitchen So i prefer to use shortcuts...

I always boil spinach, onion, a small piece of ginger , garlic 4 pieces , tomatoes, green chilli , Grind all together and keep it aside. Now take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onion, chilli powder, let it cook add this above masala, at the end just put little garam masala and salt at this stage add the boiled paneer garnish with kasuri methi. This kasuri methi is optional.. I like the taste so i add it in almost all the north indian recipes..
