MALVANI MASALA SEER FISH FRY

METHOD TO MAKE MALVANI POWDER

 MALVANI MASALA POWDER MASALA ( DRY READY TO USE)
1.Dry red chilli....15,
2.Coriander seeds...2 bs
3.Cumin seeds ...15th
4.Mustard...1/25 bs tsp
5.Fennel seeds. /sauf..2 tests
6Carawayseeds/shah jeera...15th stop
7Cinnamon/dalchini...2 tests pinch sticks
8.Star Anise/Chakri pool.....1
9Clove/lavang...5
10.black pepper corns /kali miri.....8
11.Black cardamom /kali elaichi ...2 (use the seeds only)
12.Stone flower /data pool. ....1/2 tsp
13.Nagkeshar....1/2 tsp 
14.Nutmeg/jaiphal....1/2 portion 
15.Turmeric.....1 tsp
16.Asafoetida /hing ...1/4 tsp 
Method : Dry Roast ingredient(1-13) separately. keep aside to cool. Then dry grind all 16 ingredients together , sieve , grind again ....store in a container .. Your Malvani Dry Masala pdw is ready ....

METHOD TO COOK MALVANI FISH FRY :

Add Malvani masala,salt and rice flour a dash of water to coat the fish...and pan fried the fish with little oil ..
